stephanie drove down from indianapolis (christa's home town!) and met us in memphis. she had so much excitement and energy for this event... we were practically dumbfounded that one person could be so upbeat. she ran right up to us, told us she'd been watching the webcams & couldn't wait to start out on the road. she also launched into a completely delightful story about naming her car; we videotaped a retelling of this story in the Secret Room (shh, don't tell David!). Stephanie had the most extraordinary manicure-- every color of the NB rainbow was represented on her hands. During the car show, she set up a manicure station, offering to similarly adorn anyone who passed by Phoebe. I believe her only taker was the inimitable John Schuller. We made a point of displaying the manicure in her video clip.
